Dr. Mirani began his career practicing Pediatric Cardiology where he focused on and cared for the heart health of patients spanning the spectrum from healthy outpatients to those requiring complicated hospital-based care. Assimilation of his training and experience in Pediatric Cardiology and General Pediatrics, combined with application and expansion of his expertise to the practice of holistic primary care led him to create Birch Medical.
